It is almost impossible to give a standard cost without knowing the details of your event. Pricing depends on many factors.
Our events typically range anywhere from 50 to 250 guests, though, occasionally we work with smaller or larger groups.
It depends on the event. However, it is a good idea to start planning at least 12 months in advance. Large-scale events involving hundreds to thousands of individuals and spanning over multiple days can take 18+ months to plan.
After our initial consultation, you’ll receive a custom quote from our office. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to hold the date. The remaining balance is due after our final Pre-Event meeting (usually 2-3 weeks before the event) when we finalize details and go over event logistics.
Perfect! We’ll estimate a budget for you so that you can see where your money has already been spent and create a plan to contact/hire the remaining vendors. Then we’ll liaise with the vendors and serve as your onsite eyes and ears ensuring that your event is executed flawlessly.
